While my bankruptcy practice has been concentrated in Kentucky, I have represented clients in bankruptcies pending in other jurisdictions, such as Delaware, Chicago, Detroit, Memphis, San Francisco and Dallas.
During my career, I have represented large, sophisticated institutional creditors such as banks and equipment finance and leasing companies. I also regularly represent individuals and smaller businesses.
I am licensed to practice in Kentucky and North Carolina and am admitted to practice before all Kentucky state courts.
I hold an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell and am a member of the American, North Carolina, Kentucky and Louisville Bar Associations and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
